Ingredients

3 pear

¼ cup walnuts

180 gram goats cheese log

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp salted butter

100 gram arugula

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp honey

1 dijon mustard

1 clove garlic

1 tsp dried oregano

1 pinch salt

1 pinch black pepper

3 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Step 1

de shell the nuts or if using already de shelled reserve a few whole nuts for decoration and roughly chop the rest

¼ cup walnuts

Step 2

Cut the goats cheese log into six slices then dip the goats cheese into the honey coating the outside

180 gram goats cheese log

Step 3

Roll the goats cheese in the chopped walnuts coating the outside then set aside

¼ cup walnuts

Step 4

Melt 2 tbsp salted butter then wash and halve the pears and brush them with the melted butter

Step 5

Put the goats cheese on top of the pears and bake at 190 c for 15-20 minutes

Step 6

For the dressing in a bowl add lemon juice honey dijon salt pepper garlic dried oregano and olive oil and whisk together

Step 1

Assemble the arugula and any other salad leaves you like place a few whole walnuts over the salad put the pear on top with the goats cheese then drizzle the dressing all over
