275 g puff pastry

50 grams bacon

100 grams cream cheese

100 grams cheddar

1 egg

2 tbsp poppy seeds

Directions
Step 1
Dice bacon Into small pieces then fry until fragrant and browned

Roll out the puff pastry then spread 2/3 of the cream cheese on half followed by 2/3 of the bacon cheddar cheese and then sprinkle with pepper Fold the pastry over covering the cream cheese then on half of the remaining surface put the remaining cream cheese bacon cheddar and black pepper then fold over again and slice into 8 pieces then twist each one and put on a parchment lined baking tray

Beat an egg then brush the top of each pastry and sprinkle poppy seeds on top. Bake at 180 c for 25 minutes or until golden
