Not only does this look really pretty but it has a unique slightly nutty flavor . I use this recipe when I have avocados that are over ripe it’s definitely better than throwing them out !

Ingredients

2 avocado

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp dry yeast

350 gram flour

1 tsp salt

2 tsp olive oil

1 tbsp sesame seeds

125 ml water

Directions

Step 1

Cut up the avocados then add to a blender with water and purée . Add to a large bowl then stir in sugar and yeast next add the flour and salt and mix together . When it’s clumpy add the oil then use your hands and knead a few minutes until soft . Put in a bowl covered in a warm place for 2 hours to rise

125 ml water

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp dry yeast

350 gram flour

1 tsp salt

2 tsp olive oil

Step 2

Punch down the dough then divide into eight . Roll them into balls then flatten with a rolling pin into little circles . Put on a baking tray then leave to rise another hour

Step 3

Preheat oven to 150 c then brush the breads with a little water and sprinkle sesame seeds on top . Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy
