Ingredients
500 gram salmon
½ lemon
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp mirin
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp honey
1 red chilli
2 scallions
1 handful cilantro
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
Step 1
Place salmon in a casserole dish skin side down ( Use a dish with a cover if you have it otherwise foil will be ok)

In a bowl mix the juice of half a lemon light soy sauce oyster sauce sriracha sesame oil mirin garlic and honey then add 2 sliced scallions (add the light green parts for the marinade and reserve the tops for garnish ) Pour all over the salmon and marinade in the fridge for 30 mins to 1 hour

Step 3
Preheat the oven to 190 c then bake the salmon covered for 20 minutes ( This depends on the size of your salmon check cooking time according to the piece you have . Take out the salmon and add some sliced chillies on top ( optional if you like it spicy ) cover in the glaze then put under the grill for ten minutes .

Once cooked garnish with sesame seeds the tops of the scallions and some cilantro
