Ingredients
1 mL egg , 150 milk , 2 tbsp pesto , 75 g self rising flour
4 Slices Ham , 4 Tbsp Sour cream
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl add egg milk pesto and flour then whisk together until smooth or use a stick blender ( batter should be thin not runny)

Lightly grease a pan then spread batter thinly and cook until the sides curl up then flip and cook a further minute
Step 3
Once cooked put ham on the pancakes then fold over and add sour cream
4 Slices Ham , 4 Tbsp Sour cream
