Ingredients

250 g flour

14 gram baking powder

¾ tsp salt

250 gram natural yogurt

1 egg

1 tbsp flax

1 tbsp sunflower seed

1 tbsp oats

Step 1
In a large bowl combine the flour salt and baking powder and whisk to combine

Add the yogurt egg flax seed and sunflower seeds ( you can add different seeds if you prefer) then use the dough hooks on a hand mixer and mix until the dough just comes together . Use your hand to knead for a minute to form the dough then shape into an oval shape and place on a parchment lined baking tray

Brush water on the top of the bread and sprinkle with oats then bake at 180 c for 40-45 minutes
