Ingredients
3 cup greek yogurt
3 cup self-rising flour
Directions
Step 1
In a Large bowl or stand mixer add 3 cups of Greek yogurt or natural yogurt .

Add 3 cups of self rising flour to the yogurt and mix with a dough hook on medium power until the dough sticks to the hook.

Touch the dough it shoukd be sticky but if its very sticky add 1-2 tbsp more flour and mix again .
Step 4
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead just to bring the dough together .
Step 5
Divide the dough into six then make balls and place close together in a buttered dish if making a whole loaf . If making bread rolls space apart as they will spread.
Step 6
Bake at 170 c fan oven for 35 minutes . (optional pour spicy melted herby garlic butter over the top and let it soak in )
