Step 1

Heat condensed milk in a pan over medium low heat until hot but not boiling.

Step 2

Into a large bowl sift 90 grams cocoa powder

Step 3

Pour 1/3 of the warm condensed milk into the cocoa powder and stir with a spatula .

Step 4

Add the rest of the condensed milk 1/3 at time and stir until thick and sticky

Step 5

Line a small container or tray with cling film and spray with baking spray then pour in the chocolate and put in the fridge for 2 hours or until set

Step 6

Once set turn over the chocolate onto a surface dusted with cocoa powder to prevent sticking then dust some cocoa powder on top and slice into squares .

Step 7

Shape into circles with fingers and enjoy like that or add some toppings like nuts or shredded coconut .
