Ingredients
200 grams chocolate
60 grams cornstarch
Directions
Step 1
Chop either dark chocolate or milk Chocolate and put it into a microwave safe bowl then microwave for 2 minutes roughly or until all the chocolate has melted

Step 2
Weigh out 60 grams of cornstarch then stir half of it into the melted chocolate and when smooth add the rest in . This will make a stiff dough.

Step 3
Take little balls of dough and place them on a lined baking tray then gently pat down with fingertips . At this stage you can add any toppings like chocolate chips or nuts if you like and bake at 150 c for 8-10 minutes . Cool on a wire rack after and enjoy
