Ingredients
200 gram biscoff spread
70 g cornstarch
Directions
Step 1
Measure 200 grams of biscoff spread into a microwaveable bowl or into a pan. Melt the biscoff then remove from the heat

Add 70 grams of cornstarch in two batches then use a spoon or silicone spatula to incorporate the cornflour and the biscoff together

Step 3
Take heaped teaspoons of the mixture and spread on a lined baking sheet and tap them with fingertips to smoothen them . Totally optional but sprinkle some chocolate chips on top if you wish. I find it makes them prettier
Step 4
Bake in a 302f 150 c oven for 10 minutes
