Ingredients
200 grams King oyster mushrooms
200 grams white button mushrooms
250 grams spaghetti
Salt
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp shoyu soy sauce
¼ cup parsley
Black pepper
4 cloves garlic
Directions
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms and garlic then put a pot of very well salted water on to a boil and add the spaghetti

Step 2
Add garlic to a frying pan or wok with a little oil and cook until just starting to color then toss in the mushrooms and cook about 4 minutes add the butter and soy sauce and let the sauce cook another two minutes

Add the cooked spaghetti into the mushrooms with about 1/4 cup pasta water then season to taste with salt and black pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley
