Ingredients
300 gram spaghetti
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic
250 gram mascarpone
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
¼ cup parsley
200 mL cream
100 gram parmesan
250 gram white mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Step 1
Put the spaghetti on to cook in a large pot of salted boiling water . ( mine is thin and takes 9 minutes but thicker spaghetti cooking times vary )

Step 2
Dice garlic and chop the mushrooms then heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic for a minute then mushrooms

Step 3
Add the mascarpone in with cream salt pepper and parsley season with salt and pepper

200 mL cream
¼ cup parsley
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch salt
Step 4
Toss the cooked spaghetti into the creamy mushroom sauce then add a little pasta water to loosen the sauce and some grated Parmesan more salt and pepper to taste and more parsley
