Ingredients
4 tbsp jaggery

700 ml boiling water

1 lime

3 - 4 cardamom pods (cracked)

1 - 3 strands of saffron

1 tbsp ground black pepper

2 tsp fresh ginger juice

Lemon/lime juice
Directions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, to the boiling water add all the ingredients.
Step 2
Mix until the jaggery dissolves.
Step 3
Pannakam is now ready. Strain the mixture and serve. Enjoy!
