Ingredients

2 chopped potatoes

1 chopped tomato

2 chopped green chillies

3 - 4 red whole chillies

Roughly chopped garlic

A handfull of amaranth leaves

1 tsp turmeric powder

Salt to taste
Directions
Step 1
In a pan, heat some oil and add roughly chopped garlic, red whole chillies, green chillies and saute.
Step 2
Add chopped potatoes and saute for a minute and then move on to adding chopped tomatoes
Step 3
Next, add salt to taste and turmeric and give everything a good mix.
Step 4
Add a handful of amaranth leaves, mix everything and simmer until the potatoes are cooked properly.
Step 5
The lal bhaji is ready. You can serve it warm with roti. Enjoy!
