Ingredients
2 and 1/4 cups Whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
2 tsp cornstarch
¼ tsp sea salt
2 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
½ cup vegan butter, melted
¾ cup light brown sugar
¼ cup coconut sugar
1 flax egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup molasses
½ cup vegan chocolate chips
½ cup Dark chocolate Chunks
Directions
Step 1
To a bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch, ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and whisk thoroughly.

Step 2
To another bowl add melted butter, brown sugar and coconut sugar. Cream together then add flax egg, vanilla extract, molasses and mix thoroughly.

Step 3
Add your dry mix into your wet mix and mix just until it starts to form into a dough. Fold in chocolate chips and chunks. Scoop dough into balls in the size of your choosing make bake on a lined baking sheet at 350F for 10-12 mins.

Sprinkle with flakey salt and enjoy!
