Ingredients

1 lb Ahi (also known as yellowfin tuna or the bigeye tuna)

2 tbsp of Japanese Mayo

2 tbsp of Sesame Oil

1 tbsp of Soy Sauce

1 - 2 tbsp of Sriracha

2 pinch A or of Hawaiian Salt to Taste

¼ cup of Diced Sweet Maui Onion

¼ - ½ cup of Green Onion

1 Cubed Avocado

The Juice of One Lime.

Directions

Step 1

Cut the Ahi into small cubed pieces.

1 lb Ahi (also known as yellowfin tuna or the bigeye tuna)

Step 2

Dice onions and avocado into small pieces. Slice green onions (chives) into small pieces.

¼ cup of Diced Sweet Maui Onion

¼ - ½ cup of Green Onion

1 Cubed Avocado

Step 3

Introduce all of the wet ingredients. Measurements are subject to taste. Mix together.

2 tbsp of Japanese Mayo

2 tbsp of Sesame Oil

1 tbsp of Soy Sauce

1 - 2 tbsp of Sriracha

2 pinch A or of Hawaiian Salt to Taste

The Juice of One Lime.

Step 4

Once mixed up, enjoy immediately or let chill in the fridge for more flavour. Turn this into a poke bowl with some rice or eat this with some chips! Enjoy!
