Stuffed Brie Cheese

Smash the pistachios into small pieces and sprinkle on one half of the brie cheese

Cut the pear into cubes and sprinkle on the other half of the brie cheese

close up the brie by placing the two halves on top of each other

Get one sheet of puff pastry, roll it out just a bit, and place the brie cheese in the middle and fold in up to cover the entire brie cheese 

after, place in 425 degree oven for about 20 mins, or until it turns a golden brown color. (keep an eye on it) Enjoy!
