Ingredients
3 whole yukon gold potato
1 cup flour
¼ cup corn starch
½ tsp baking powder
to taste salt
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1 ¼ cup water

Peel and thinly slice your potatoes

Into a bowl mix together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, parsley, water until well incorporated

Dip your sliced potatoes into the batter until fully covered

Then fry them at 350 degrees until golden brown. Add some more salt on top and enjoy!
