Ingredients

½ Hot Dog

hot dog sized chunk Cabot Sharp Cheddar Cheese

2 ½ cup All Purpose Flour

¼ tsp Salt

4 tbs Sugar

1 Egg

1 cup Milk

Vegetable Oil

Panko Breadcrumbs

Tools

Wooden Skewer

Metal Bowl

Directions

Step 1

Stick on half of your hotdog onto the wooden skewer, then add your cheese on top.

Mix together all the batter ingredients in a bowl using a whisk.

2 ½ cup All Purpose Flour

4 tbs Sugar

1 Egg

1 cup Milk

Step 3

Place batter into a tall cup, and dip your corn dog stick into the batter covering the entire hot dog and cheese.

Step 4

Then, cover the entire corndog with bread crumbs.

Panko Breadcrumbs

Step 5

Heat up some vegetable oil, and fry your hotdog until golden brown. Enjoy!
