Ingredients
1 lb chicken thigh boneless
½ cup flour
½ cup corn starch
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup water
½ stick butter
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce

Step 1
Cut chicken thighs into medium size cubes

Add cut up chicken to a bowl and mix together the flour, corn starch, baking soda, and water

Fry chicken at 350 degrees until golden brown

For the sauce, into a pan add in the butter, honey, sugar, and soy sauce. On medium heat mix everything together until well incorporated then turn off the heat.
