Ingredients

¼ cup Kiwi Purée

2 tbs sugar

2 tbs Tapioca Starch

½ cup Tapioca Starch

Directions

Step 1

To a pot add 1/4 cup of kiwi purée, 2tbs sugar, and 2tbs tapioca starch and give it a good mix

Step 2

I didn't have kiwi purée so I peeled about 3 kiwis and blended it until it became smooth.

Step 3

On medium low heat we want to heat up the kiwi mix until you get a sticky consistency, then take it off the heat. It should take about 1-2 mins.

Step 4

Add 1/2 cup of tapioca starch and kneed together until it becomes smooth and soft.

Step 5

Roll them out to thin logs, then cut them into small pieces, and roll in hand until you form a ball shape.

Step 6

Boil the boba balls for 15 mins

Step 7

Add boba balls to cold water for 2 mins, then drain water, and sprinkle sugar on top to avoid too much stickiness.
