Ingredients
⅔ cup milk
⅔ cup water
1 tbsp dry yeast
3 ½ cup all-purpose flour
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Step 1
Into a bowl mix together milk, water, yeast, and flour

Mix everything together until it starts forming into dough

Then add in your olive oil and start kneading for 10-15 mins

shape it into a dough ball, place it back into the bowl, cover and let it sit at room temp for 1-2 hours or until it doubles in size

After, press out all the air in the dough, divide into 6 equal pieces, lightly dust with some flour, and roll it out into a 6-7 inch circle

into a medium-hot pan place the flatbread dough and brown both sides

optional step, you can brush butter on the bread, and sprinkle some fresh parsley and red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
