1 rack baby back pork ribs
1 lemon
barbecue sauce
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp paprika

Directions
Step 1
Cut your rack into individual ribs and squeeze lemon across the top, coating all sides.

Mix your spices together in a bowl to make a dry rub. Using your hands, thoroughly spice the ribs on all sides.

Pre-heat your oven to 300°F.
Step 4
Line your baking tray with aluminum foil. Lay the ribs down on top of it, then tightly cover with more foil.

Bake at 300°F for 2 hours.
Step 6
Brush your favorite barbecue sauce onto all sides of the ribs.

Broil your ribs for 5 minutes on each side and enjoy!
