Ingredients
2 whole russet potato
2 tbsp white rice flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
½ tsp baking powder
Directions
Step 1
Peel both potatoes and roughly chop them up

Boil until they become really tender

Mash them up super fine

To the potatoes mix in the rice flour, sugar, cornstarch, and baking powder. Mix until well incorporated

Get some mashed potatoes and on a floured surface roll into a log, cut them into even pieces, then press down with a fork

Deep fry them until golden brown (Make sure oil is at 350 degrees)

After it's done deep frying, sprinkle some salt and enjoy!
