Ingredients
1 tbs vegetable oil
2 tbs butter
⅓ cup popcorn
1 cup sugar
½ cup water

Step 1
Add vegetable oil and butter to a pot. Heat on med-low until you see light bubbles.

Add in popcorn, giving it a quick stir to coat all the popcorn, then throw a lid on top.

Once the popping stops, add into a bowl with a big pinch of salt.

For the caramel, add sugar into a saucepan with water. Give this a gentle shake (don’t stir) and heat on med-low until light brown.

Combine the caramel and popcorn in a bowl, stir to coat all the popcorn, then place on a baking sheet to cool. Once cooled, break up the popcorn, and enjoy!
