Ingredients

2 cup flour

2 tsp yeast

½ tsp kosher salt

1 tbsp olive oil

¾ cup milk

as needed sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Into a bowl mix together the flour, yeast, salt, oil and milk until well incorporated. Then kneed the dough for about 10-15 until soft

Step 2

Cover the bowl and let it sit in room temp for at least one hour, or until double in size

Step 3

into a lightly oiled pan, stretch the dough to fit the pan, cover with a lid and let it sit for 15 mins

Step 4

Brush the top with some milk or water, and sprinkle on some sesame seeds on top of it

as needed sesame seeds

Step 5

on low heat cook the bread for about 10 mins or until it's brown on the bottom. (make sure to have the lid on while cooking)

Step 6

Then flip the bread and cook the other side for about 5-10 mins. Take out of pan and let it come down to room temp and enjoy!
