Ingredients

1 Russet Potato

1 lime

1 tbsp chili powder

½ tsp salt

Directions

Step 1

Peel the potato and cut them into thin slices (the thinner the better)

Add the sliced potatoes into ice cold water for about 2-3 mins, then pat them dry

Step 3

Fry the potatoes in vegetable oil at about 300 degrees Fahrenheit until they turn lightly brown

for the seasoning, zest one whole lime, and place the lime zest into a 200 degree oven for about an hour and a half or until they dry up.

Then place dry lim zest into a blender with the chili powder and salt. Give it a good blend until everything turns into powder
