Ingredients
1 small wolffish fillet (or any white fish)
avocado oil
¼ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
¼ lime, juiced
3 tbsp butter
¼ tsp cayenne
¼ tsp paprika
Juice of half lemon

Step 1
I divided the fish into 4 equal pieces then seasoned with the ingredients below, rubbing it in to the fish.

I seared the fish in some oil until I got a nice crust. About 2 mins on each side.

In the same pan add some butter, spices and mushrooms. Cook that down for about 4 mins.

Step 4
Add in juice of half a lemon, reduce the heat to low, add the fish back in and cover with a lid. Cook for a few more mins until it's cooked to your liking and enjoy!
