Ingredients
2 tbsp avocado oil
½ yellow onion
1 jalapeños
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp tomato paste
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp cumin
1 can pinto beans
½ tbsp honey
1 ½ cup water
Salt & pepper
¼ cube boullion

Directions
Step 1
Cook down onions (chopped) and jalapeños (chopped) in a pot with oil until translucent.

Add in minced garlic.

Once that becomes fragrant, add it the ingredients below. Cook that all down for about a minute.

½ tsp oregano

½ tsp cumin
Step 4
Add in your drained pinto beans and coat that in the spiced tomato mixture.

Step 5
Add a drizzle of honey, mix that with salt, pepper and water. Bring it to a boil and then let simmer for 30-35 mins. You can also add in boullion too.

Once it's reduced to a nice thick liquid it's ready to serve!
