Ingredients
2 lb chicken thigh
3 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp tandoori spice
1 tbsp lemon juice
plain yogurt
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp oil
1 red onion
1 tsp ginger minced
½ tsp red chili
½ tsp coriander
½ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp tumeric
¼ tsp cumin
1 cup cherry tomato’s
1 tsp tomato paste
¼ cup water
1 cup bell pepper, diced

Step 1
Cube your chicken and marinate with the ingredients below.

Step 2
In a hot pan, begin cooking your red onion (finely diced), garlic (minced,) and ginger (minced) with with ingredients below. Let that sit for 5 mins.

Step 3
Add in the marinated chicken and simmer on medium heat until the liquid has reduced.
Step 4
Add bell peppers, yogurt, salt and pepper and let that simmer for 20 mins without a lid. Enjoy!
