Ingredients
18 Jumbo Shrimp
½ tsp red chili powder
¼ tsp cayenne
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
2 limes
Arrowroot starch
1 tbsp frying oil
½ tsp tandoori spice mix
1 tsp honey
4 tbsp mayo

Directions
Step 1
Season your shrimp with the ingredients below. Rub it all in and let marinate for a few minutes.

Dip your shrimp in arrowroot starch on both sides.

Fry shrimp in a pan until it's crispy on both sides, then transfer to a wire wrack to let it cool.

Now discard most of the frying liquid so you only have a little left. Add in some tandoori spice and let that sizzle in the heat. Add in honey and lime juice and mix it all together.

Remove from heat and mix together in a bowl with mayo, salt and more lime juice.

Once well incorporated, toss your shrimp in the sauce and enjoy! I ate this with butter lettuce, mango pico de gallo and jasmine rice :)
