Ingredients

green onions

4 tbsp ketchup

2 tsp samyang chili sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

½ tsp sesame oil

1 cloves garlic

2 tsp arrowroot starch

⅓ cup water

Directions

Step 1

Start by chopping up your onions, green onions and mushrooms.

Step 2

In a wok, fry the veggies in hot oil, adding in salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Step 3

Toss in your protein, I'm using shrimp this time, and cook until pink.

Step 4

Meanwhile, boil a pot of water and cook your chow mein noodles following the packages instructions.

For the sauce grate your garlic and combine with the ingredients below mixing well.

1 tbsp brown sugar

⅓ cup water

Step 1

Add the sauce to your wok. Let it simmer until the sauce has thickened Then add in your chow mein noodles and mix together.

I like to top it off with steamed broccoli and lots of chopped peanuts. Enjoy!
