½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika

1 tbsp Avocado oil
3 tbsp cream cheese
1 jalapeño
2 tbsp fresh dill
1 ½ tbsp lime juice

Directions
Step 1
Start by slicing a pocket into your chicken breasts. Make sure the bottom half is thick enough to hold onto the cream cheese filling.

Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, pepper and avocado oil. Massage that in.

Prepare your filling by combining cream cheese, jalapeño (chopped,) fresh dill and lime juice. Mix it all together and add to a ziplock bag, squeeze the air out and cut a corner off to make your own piping bag.

Step 4
Pump the filling into your chicken breast, close it shut and then sear it in a high heat pan on each side for 2-3 mins.
Step 5
Reduce the heat, add in some lime juice, cover and cook on low for about 10 mins and enjoy!
