Ingredients
Dumpling Dough
3 cup flour
2 tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp oil
1 ¼ cup warm water
1 tsp yeast
2 tsp sugar

Filling
ground beef
2 ½ tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp samyang chili sauce
½ bouillon
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder
1 ½ tsp arrow root starch

Directions
Dumpling Dough
Step 1
Combine water yeast and sugar in a bowl, mixing well.

In a separate bowl combine flour, salt and baking powder, mixing well.

Add the yeast waster mixture to the flour mixture adding oil to it as well and stir to combine.

Once you have a crumbly mess, use your hands to knead the dough on a floured surface for a good 8-10 mins.
Step 5
Cover the dough and let rest for 1-2 hours.

Punch the dough down and roll it out.

Roll the dough up as you would a cinnamon roll. Then cut the rolls into pieces, dust with flour and then flatten first with your hand and then with a rolling pin, leaving more dough towards the center.

Add your filling to the center and pinch the together so that the filling can't escape and top with sesame seeds.

Step 9
Add to a steamer basket lined with parchment paper, cover and steam for 15-20 mins and enjoy.

Step 1
Mince your garlic and grate your ginger.

1 tsp ginger

Mix together the ingredients below until well combined.

Add both oils to a pan on medium heat and add in the beef mixture. Cook until the beef is fully done and set aside.
