Ingredients
1 lb yellow baby potatoes
2 tbsp avocado
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp avocado oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp butter

Directions
Step 1
Boil potatoes for 25 mins and then let sit for 10 mins to let any moisture evaporate.

Mix paprika, garlic powder, pepper, salt and avocado oil together.

Pour that oil over your potatoes and toss them around.

Transfer your potatoes to a tray lined with parchment paper and smash them down with a mug or a bowl.

Bake the potatoes for 45 mins at 405F.

Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan and add in minced garlic and chili flakes until it begins to bubble.

Remove it from the heat and add cilantro, lemon zest and lemon juice. Add some olive oil and then you have you sauce.
