Ingredients

1 lb raw shrimp

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp cayenne

¼ tsp ground coriander

1 tbsp cilantro

1 tbsp avocado oil

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp honey

Salt & pepper

Directions

Step 1

I marinated some raw shrimp with the ingredients below for 30 mins.

1 lb raw shrimp

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp cayenne

¼ tsp ground coriander

1 tbsp cilantro

1 tbsp avocado oil

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp honey

Salt & pepper

Step 2

Then I lined the shrimp on skewers and cooked them on this grill pan for 2 mins on each side. Careful not to overcook them so they don't lose their juiciness.

Step 3

I also cooked the leftover marinade down with some butter and brushed them on the shrimp after. Then I served them with cilantro and lime rice.
