1 ½ lb chicken breast
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp red chili powder
2 tbsp chipotle peppers + adobo sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp honey

½ white onion

sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions
Step 1
Cube your chicken, marinade with the ingredients below.

Step 2
Add to a pan on medium heat, cook until chicken is fully cooked through.
Step 3
Dice tomatoes, bell pepper and onion. Chop cilantro and combine in a bowl together with salt and pepper for your pico de gallo.

Pan fry your tortillas in oil, flipping after 30 seconds on each side.

Add in cooked chicken and shredded cheese of your choice and fold the tortilla over to melt the cheese.

Combine mayo and sriracha together in a bowl.
