1 lb shrimp
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp old bay
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
¼ tsp sesame oil
Salt & pepper
Quinoa
1 tbsp neutral oil
1 cup quinoa
⅓ cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 ½ cup water
Sushi Toppings
Cucumber
shredded carrot
avocado
green onion
sesame seed
black sesame seeds
dried roasted seaweed
spicy mayo
Directions
Shrimp
Step 1
Toss your shrimp in the ingredients below to marinade.
1 lb shrimp

Step 2
Add to a pan on medium heat and cook to your liking but don't overcook them.
Quinoa
Step 1
Add the ingredients to a pot, bring to a boil and then simmer (lid on) until the water has evaporated and the quinoa is cooked to your liking.
