Ingredients

1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp honey

jasmine rice, cooked or 2-day old
1 tbs soy sauce
½ tbs oyster sauce
½ tbs rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp garlic powder
Directions
Step 1
Marinate shrimp with the ingredients below.

Step 2
Pan fry shrimp in neutral oil. Approx 2 mins each side.

Step 3
Transfer to a plate and stir fry veggies in neutral oil.

Meanwhile prepare the fried rice sauce by mixing the ingredients below.
1 tbs soy sauce
½ tbs oyster sauce
½ tbs rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp garlic powder
Step 5
Add 2 beaten eggs and cook. Add jasmine rice and stir fry.

Mix in the fried rice sauce and cook on high heat for 2-3 more mins.
