Ingredients

3 large ripe tomatoes

2 tbsp neutral oil

¼ red onion

¼ yellow onion

1 jalapeños

2 tsp garlic

1 ½ tbsp tomato paste

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp tumeric

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp oregano

Salt & pepper to taste

turkey bacon

2 eggs

fresh mozzarella

cilantro

everything bagel

avocado

Directions

Step 1

Sauté onions, garlic, jalapeños and turkey bacon in a pan on med heat.

Step 2

Add in tomatoes, tomato paste and the spices below. Let that sit for 5-7 mins.

3 large ripe tomatoes

1 ½ tbsp tomato paste

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp tumeric

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp oregano

Salt & pepper to taste

Step 3

Make some holes in the shakshuka and crack your eggs into them.

Step 4

Top with slices of mozzarella, covering with a lid for a minute or two so that it melts. Then garnish with cilantro, salt and pepper.
