2 lb Atlantic salmon
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp saffron
1 tsp garlic mince
1 tbsp honey
Salt & pepper
1 lemon, juiced

Step 1
Start by grinding your saffron into a powder using a mortar and pestle.

Mix the ingredients below together until you get a creamy mixture.

Step 3
Pat your salmon dry, then cut it into portions.

Drizzle saffron butter over the salmon. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice and rub it all in.

Sear salmon 1-2 mins on both sides in a pan on high heat and then finish it off in the oven for another 5-8 mins. Enjoy!
