7 Yellow potatoes

3 tbsp avocado oil

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp oregano

½ tsp red pepper flakes

½ tsp dried parsley

Salt & pepper

4 tbsp mayo

½ tsp mustard

½ tsp honey

¼ lemon, juiced

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp dried parsley

¼ tsp salt

Potatoes

Step 1

Slice the potatoes into wedges. Par boil for 8-10 mins.

Combine the ingredients below to a bowl. Then drizzle over the potatoes and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Lay seasoned potatoes onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper with the skin side facing down.

Bake for 45 mins or until they have a golden edge.

Meanwhile, prepare your sweet and tangy sauce.
