Ingredients
1 package frozen paratha
½ yellow onion
1 jalapeno
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp neutral oil
1 tsp chile powder
½ tsp tumeric
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp cumin
salt & pepper
1 cup green peas
4 russet potatoes
1 tbsp cilantro

Directions
Step 1
Peel, cut, boil drain and mash your potatoes.

In a pot, cook down onion (diced), jalapeño (finely chopped,) and garlic (minced) with oil.

Add in the seasoning below and mix well. Cook down for 2 mins.

Add in the peas, mashed potatoes and cilantro

Step 5
For the dough we're going to use paratha which will give this a pastry like feel. Lightly cook the paratha on each side, and then separate both layers out.

Cut the paratha in half (into a semi circle) and then add some flour + water paste on the top right edge and fold to form a cone.

Step 2
Add in some potato filling, then add more paste to the outside layer and fold shut creating a triangle shape. Repeat with all of your samosas.
Step 3
Lay all your samosas on a baking tray. Brush with oil and bake for 12 minutes at 405F, flipping half way.
