Ingredients

1 lb chicken thigh boneless
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp paprika
1 tsp coriander
1 tbsp avocado oil
¼ juice of lime
Orange Maple Glaze
¼ cup orange juice
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
½ tsp soy sauce
¼ tsp garlic powder
2 tsp arrowroot starch
¼ cup water
1 tbsp orange zest
2 tbsp fresh dill
2 clove garlic

Step 1
Season chicken thighs with seasoning mix: garlic powder, cayenne, paprika, ground coriander, salt & pepper to taste, avocado oil, and lime juice. Rub it all in.

Put chicken in high heat pan until cooked all the way through.
Step 3
After chicken thighs have been added back to sauce and simmered for 1 min, all you have to do is plate! Serve over jasmine rice with a side of steamed broccoli.
Orange Maple Glaze
Step 1
In a large measuring cup, combine orange juice, maple syrup, brown sugar, white vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, arrowroot starch + water, orange zest, dill, and garlic cloves.

Step 2
Pour sauce into the same pan you cooked the chicken in, add minced garlic. Pour in sauce, bring to a boil and simmer until thick.

Add in zest of half a Sunkist orange along with fresh dill. Add chicken thighs back to sauce and let simmer one more minute.
