2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
¼ tsp sesame oil

Directions
Step 1
Make a miso marinade by combining the ingredients below in a bowl.

Step 2
Pat your cod fillets dry and then pour the miso marinate over them. Add pepper to taste, no need to add salt since it already has miso.

Bake at 405 degrees f for 12-15 mins.
Step 4
Transfer to a lined tray with parchment paper (keep miso sauce drippings in previous pan) and broil 3-4 mins.
