Make a quick tomato sauce by cooking down tomato paste, water, garlic, avocado oil, salt, and sugar/

Take a fresh piece of naan and spread sauce. Add a few dollops of pesto, mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle of pecorino romano cheese. Garnish with fresh basil.
