Ingredients

2 filet salmon
1 tsp garlic
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp dried parsley
1 to taste salt and pepper
½ juice lime
1 tbsp avocado oil
Maple Chipotle Sauce
1 clove garlic
1 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
¼ cup maple syrup
1 juice of one lime
Mango Salad
2 mango
1 bell pepper
2 avocado
1 juice of one lime
1 tbsp avocado oil
2 tbsp cilantro
1 to taste salt and pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
Directions
Salmon
Step 1
Start by making the seasoning rub. In a bowl, combine spices
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp dried parsley
1 tsp garlic
Step 2
Sprinkle seasoning rub over salmon filets. Drizzle avocado, lime juice, and salt and pepper, and rub it all in.

Sear the salmon on a high heat pan until it's cooked all the way through.

Plate salad, salmon on a bed of fresh jasmine rice, and add sauce on top as desired. Garnish and enjoy!
Maple Chipotle Sauce
Step 1
Cook down some garlic cloves, then add 1 chipotle pepper and 2 tbsp adobo sauce from chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, and maple syrup

Add sauce mixture to blender, blend it down, then add back to pot.

Add cilantro, lime juice, and simmer until thick.

Mango Salad
Step 1
Dice mangoes, red bell pepper, avocados.

Add some garlic powder, lime juice, avocado oil, and salt and pepper. Mix it all up, and salad is ready!
