Ingredients

1 ½ lb salmon fillet

butter

½ tsp mustard powder

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp cayenne

½ tbsp honey

Salt & pepper

2 cloves garlic

Handful of fresh dill

Lemon zest

1 Juice of lemon

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1

Melt butter and combine the ingredients below to create your lemon butter glaze.

Step 2

Pat your salmon dry, then heavily coat in your butter lemon glaze. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

1 ½ lb salmon fillet

Step 3

Cook your salmon with the skin side facing down in a hot pan.

1 ½ lb salmon fillet, glazed and seasoned.

Step 4

Flip the salmon and reduce the heat. Add in butter, garlic (chopped,) dill, lemon zest, and salt to taste. Baste the salmon in the sauce for about 1 minute until it's fully cooked through.

Step 5

Let the rest of the sauce render down in the same pan for 5 more minutes or so. Add the sauce on top of the salmon along with some lemon juice and enjoy!
