Ingredients

Hakka Chicken

2 tbs tbsp avocado oil

1 yellow Onions

1 ½ tsp Garlic

1 tsp Ginger

1 tsp Chili oil

3 chicken breast, cubed

1 tsp curry

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp tumeric

½ tsp Chinese five spice

½ tsp white pepper

½ tsp sea salt

1 cup water

Sweet and Sour Sauce

½ cup ketchup

4 tbs tbsp soy sauce

2 tbs tbsp oyster sauce

2 tbs tbsp honey

1 tbs tbsp sriracha

1 Juice lime

½ tsp sesame Oil

1 tbs tbsp sesame seeds

1 tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp salt

½ tsp arrowroot starch

2 tbs tbsp water

Directions

Hakka Chicken

Step 1

Add avocado oil to a pan and begin to saute chopped onions before adding in the spices below.

1 ½ tsp Garlic

1 tsp Ginger

1 tsp Chili oil

Step 2

Mix it all together and add your chicken breast, season with the spices below.

3 chicken breast, cubed

1 tsp curry

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp tumeric

½ tsp Chinese five spice

½ tsp white pepper

½ tsp sea salt

Step 3

Mix everything together and add in water. Let simmer for 10 mins until the chicken is fully cooked through.

Step 4

Add in any veggies while simmering. Enjoy with rice and your sweet and sour sauce!

Sweet and Sour Sauce

Step 1

Combine all of the ingredients and mix well!

½ cup ketchup

4 tbs tbsp soy sauce

2 tbs tbsp oyster sauce

2 tbs tbsp honey

1 tbs tbsp sriracha

1 Juice lime

½ tsp sesame Oil

1 tbs tbsp sesame seeds

1 tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp salt

½ tsp arrowroot starch

2 tbs tbsp water
