Directions
Beet patty
Step 1
Blend together onion, garlic, beet and lemon juice.

Mix blended ingredients together with ground chicken, egg, panko, galic powder, salt and pepper.

Step 1
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2
Combine wet ingredients in another bowl.
90 gram milk (warmed)
1 packet instant yeast
2 tsp sugar

Mix the wet and dry ingredients together, cover and let sit for 30 mins.
Step 4
Incorporate butter into the dough and begin to knead 15-20 mins until you can stretch a piece of dough without tearing.

Cover and let rest 1-1.5 hours.
Step 6
Separate dough into 4-6 pieces, roll into balls, cover and let rise for 1-1.5 hours.
Step 7
Brush rolls with egg wash (egg beat with milk) and top with sesame seeds.
